Thank you so very much for hosting us on our team retreat these past few days. To say that we enjoyed ourselves is a massive understatement! We were so impressed by it all, the activities were incredibly fun, well thought out and very well timed 🙂 Your team are incredible and everyone was so warm, welcoming, helpful and engaging, we loved meeting everyone we did in your team and extended team!

We have invested in an outward bound personal development programme with Land & Wave to enrich our apprentice programme. The outcomes have been very positive. Apprentices return from their trip having forged strong collaborative relationships, ready to step outside their comfort zones with a good perspective on leadership and team work. The Land & Wave provision has always been and continues to be of a very high quality with a safety and student first approach.
